Arthrostim Adjusting Instrument: The Arthrostim Adjusting Instrument has recently been added as an option to provide optimal care at Compass Chiropractic. Phenomenal Berry Smoothie Recipe
Measurements are approximate:
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup
Grape juice – 1 cup
Rader Farms "Nature's Three Berries" Mix from Costco – 2-3 handfuls (raspberries, blueberries, and marionberries)
1 Fresh or frozen banana
Vanilla Protein Powder – 1 scoop
Blend to desired consistency (recommended blenders: Vita-mix or Oster Classic Beehive)
Alternate use for frozen Triple Berry Mix:
